DescriptionLocation Instructional Agenda / Activity Descriptions: 1. Leadership in Motion Transfer Activity Recap Participants begin by reflecting on the leadership transfer activities completed since the prior session. Through guided discussion, participants identify what they practiced, what shifted in their leadership approach, what impact they observed, and where continued discipline is needed. This activity reinforces behavior transfer and connects prior learning to the final session theme of change leadership and sustained engagement. 2. Leading Through Change: Leader Role and Mindset Participants explore the leader’s role in helping teams navigate ambiguity, uncertainty, resistance, and change fatigue. The facilitator introduces a practical change leadership lens that asks leaders to consider what employees are being asked to release, what they are being asked to trust, and what leadership behaviors are required to maintain credibility and momentum. This segment emphasizes communication, business alignment, emotional intelligence, and trust-building as core change leadership practices. 3. Change Communication Practice Activity Participants apply the concepts by working through realistic workplace change scenarios. They practice framing change messages that clarify the business rationale, acknowledge employee impact, invite questions, and reinforce expectations. The activity strengthens participants’ ability to communicate with transparency, empathy, and accountability while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. 4. Resistance and Influence Discussion Participants examine common forms of resistance during change, including silence, skepticism, compliance without commitment, confusion, and disengagement. Through facilitated discussion, participants identify how leaders can respond constructively without over-personalizing resistance or avoiding difficult conversations. The discussion reinforces the importance of listening, reframing, influence, consultation, and follow-through. 5. Sustaining Engagement Through Change The facilitator introduces key engagement risks that often emerge during change, including unclear priorities, lack of voice, inconsistent communication, low recognition, reduced trust, and uncertainty about future expectations. Participants discuss how leaders can sustain engagement by increasing clarity, connection, inclusion, recognition, and accountability in daily leadership routines. 6. Engagement Reflection Activity Participants reflect on one current or upcoming change affecting their team or stakeholders. They identify where engagement may be at risk and select specific leadership actions they can take to preserve trust, involvement, and performance. This reflection helps participants convert the session content into a practical leadership plan. 7. Program Wrap-Up and Leadership Commitment The session concludes by connecting the final module to the full leadership development journey. Participants identify one leadership behavior they will carry forward and one accountability practice they will use to sustain momentum beyond the program. This closing activity reinforces continued application, leadership ownership, and transfer of learning. Instructional Methods: This program uses a combination of facilitated instruction, guided reflection, peer discussion, scenario-based practice, applied workplace examples, and individual action planning. Participants are expected to actively engage in discussion, apply concepts to real leadership situations, and identify specific behaviors they can implement following the session. Intended Audience: This activity is designed for current and emerging leaders, managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and business leaders responsible for leading people, communicating organizational priorities, supporting teams through change, sustaining engagement, and reinforcing accountability during periods of transition.
