This program provides a practical, evidence-based framework to measure, build, and track resilience in individuals and teams. Participants will learn to integrate resilience strategies into leadership practices, improving engagement, adaptability, and organisational performance. Participant attendance is monitored through our online digital learning platform, Forento. Access to the course is gated by registration and payment, ensuring that only eligible, enrolled participants can progress through the program. The platform tracks engagement with all course modules, including video content, interactive exercises, reflection activities, including the participant’s own Resilience Assessment and a final test. Completion data is recorded automatically, ensuring that participants follow the curriculum in the required sequence. Certification is granted only upon successful completion of all mandatory components.
