Participants actively experience common communication and expectation breakdowns, reflect on how those dynamics show up in their own organizations, and translate insights into practical applications for HR and leadership work. o Participants then engage in facilitated activities that highlight the real-world impact of clarity, alignment, and accountability on trust and performance.
