DescriptionLocation This instructor-led Situational Leadership II (SLII) activity helps HR professionals and people leaders practice adapting their leadership approach to an employee’s needs for a specific goal or task. Participants examine competence and commitment and practice selecting appropriate directing, coaching, supporting, and delegating behaviors. Through facilitated discussion, workplace scenarios, and practice conversations, participants apply SLII to onboarding, employee development, delegation, and performance coaching. Participants develop an action plan and use Actionable’s Habit Builder to support implementation through ongoing practice of their selected leadership behaviors.
