Learn how to intentionally tap into each employee’s unique strengths to foster engagement, fuel growth, and drive performance. In this program, we use the term “strengths” to broadly capture the many ingredients that make employees strong. When the totality of what is best is leveraged, employees more easily deepen and adapt the thinking, feeling, and behaviors needed to reach their goals. The Academies-Certified Strengths Coach (ACSC) program provides 30 hours of SHRM PDCs and 33.5 hours of ICF (International Coach Federation) Accredited training, including 2.5 hours of Group Mentor Coaching!
