Understanding Your Behavioral Style — Cohort Experience (Virtual) is a blended professional development experience that combines self-paced learning with a facilitated virtual Implementation Lab. Participants complete structured self-paced lessons, knowledge checks, reflection and application activities designed to help them understand how behavioral drives, needs, and tendencies influence workplace behavior. Participants explore the core Predictive Index behavioral factors and identify natural strengths, potential caution areas, energizers, stressors, and development opportunities. The learning experience emphasizes reviewing behavioral information with curiosity, self-awareness, and compassion rather than judgment or comparison. Participants connect behavioral insights to workplace behaviors in communication, collaboration, decision-making, leadership, and team relationships. Following the self-paced portion of the program, participants take part in a facilitated virtual Implementation Lab where they review key insights, discuss practical workplace applications, share learning with cohort peers, and strengthen their plans for applying behavioral insights in their roles. Participants conclude the program by developing a practical Behavioral Profile Action Plan that identifies specific ways they will use behavioral insights to improve adaptability, communication, collaboration, workplace relationships, and leadership effectiveness. This activity may be delivered to multiple client cohorts during the activity period using the same standardized learning objectives, curriculum, completion requirements, and SHRM PDC value.
