In-depth learning on the use of coaching and facilitation in supporting the repair of work relationships wherein respect has been lost. Numerous opportunities to practice their new skills with fellow participants and professional actors in experiential learning sessions with supervision and feedback by expert instructors. This highly informational, in-depth, small group, 2.5-day experiential learning program is designed for mid, senior, and executive-level HR professionals who are seeking to learn and utilize the Coaching for RespectTM Process within their own organizations as a practical method for supporting the repair of work relationships wherein two employees have “fallen out of respect” for another. The program, which is developed and led by award-winning, bestselling author and executive coach, Gregg Ward MCEC BCC who is also the Executive Director of the Center for Respectful Leadership, is based on proven mediation, conflict resolution and ADR techniques. It includes in-depth instruction on the ten distinct steps of the CfR Process, the neuroscience of respect and disrespect and related conflict resolution coaching and facilitation techniques. Participants are offered numerous opportunities to practice their new skills in a safe, supportive environment working with fellow participants, expert facilitators and coaches, and professional actors. Participants receive copies of the course workbook, the books "The Respectful Leader", and "Restoring Respect" (and the companion workbook) by Gregg Ward, as well as reports on their DISC Communication Styles and EQI assessments and instruction on how to utilize these within the CfR Process. At the end of the program, participants receive certification as a Coaching for RespectTM Expert Coach/Facilitator.
