Upon completing Wonderlic Comprehensive Certification – Team Dynamics, participants will be able to: Interpret the Wonderlic Team Dynamics Report, including team-level score distributions across interests, personality, behaviors, and cognitive ability, and identify the patterns—clusters, gaps, and outliers—that shape how a team functions. Translate team-level assessment data into implications for collaboration, communication, decision-making, and team composition, including the risks of homogeneous teams and the value and vulnerability of outliers. Design a Team Dynamics Workshop for a specific team, sequencing content from lowest- to highest-stakes constructs and prioritizing the essential insights for that team's context. Facilitate team-based results conversations using Socratic questioning and experiential techniques that lead participants to their own insights rather than delivering conclusions. Create psychological safety in group settings where individual results are visible to teammates, including managing outlier dynamics and knowing when individual interpretation should precede team-level work. Apply ethical practices in the group use of assessment data, including consent, confidentiality norms, and avoiding the use of team data to label or marginalize individuals. Build a complete workshop preparation guide, from reviewing a team's report through designing the session arc and planning debrief discussions.
