Time to Resolve HR Inquiries: Tracks the average time it takes to resolve employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, or other HR matters. Faster resolution times indicate improved service delivery. Cost per Hire: Tracks the average cost of filling an open position, including recruitment advertising, agency fees, and onboarding expenses. Lower costs per hire suggest efficient recruitment practices.
