Addressing stigma and creating a culture of acceptance are key to avoiding negative impacts on wellness while ensuring employees can feel accepted and thrive in today’s new workplace environment. Erin Terkoski Young, MBA, MSW, and Suzette Glasner, Ph.D., will lead a discussion to help HR, benefits, total rewards, and wellness leaders gain insight into the powerful benefits of developing an anti-stigma culture, revealing tools and actionable approaches that can make an immediate difference in addressing these challenges in the workplace.
