There are three phases in the Developing Organizational Change Skills Program: The Assessment Phase is a multi-rater assessment (five raters) compared to a self-assessment. The feedback from this assessment provides the participant with important information about their organizational change skills prior to the Training Phase. Note: The Developing Organizational Change Skills Program is offered in English. The Training Phase involves five three-hour, highly interactive classes. These classes provide practical, immediately applicable information that they can start beginning using in their workplace the next day. Participants also receive 20 tools and templates, and a Participant Handbook in the Training Phase. The Coaching Phase involves six hours of one-on-one coaching. The participant choses which areas he/she wishes to focus on during their coaching.
