The Certified Authentic Leadership Coach (CALC) program is a SHRM approved recertification provider, that provides you with 40 SHRM PDCs. It is also a certified International Coaching Federation (ICF) program. By mastering the Authentic Leadership Advisor's signature identity-focused Creation Coaching Model, and the International Coaching Federation’s core competencies, you will deepen your practice in establishing a coaching foundation; co-creating relationships; communicating effectively; and cultivating learning and growth. You will gain an understanding of internal coaching processes, workshops, and group coaching practices. You will also be immersed in personal development and coaching practice, with continuous feedback from expert faculty. You will also participate in and observe coaching by the faculty to further develop authentic leadership awareness and coaching skills to utilize in your workplace.
