An anti-racism course co-facilitated by Julie Kratz and Ericka Young. Over the course of 6 modules, Ericka and Julie will help you unpack and develop as an ally in your personal and professional life. The past few years have been ones of amplified conversations and unlearning. With the movements around racial justice, many people are finding themselves seeking education and help with unlearning their learned behaviors. This is a six-module training program to help navigate racism as an ally. What is included in the program? Ericka and Julie will lead participants through 6 modules of 40 minute videos sharing robust anti-racism content and actionable tools. The content is also available for podcast style listening. Participants will be encouraged to follow along using their comprehensive workbook with supplementary exercises and additional resources for deeper topic dives.
