Conflict is inevitable in the workplace, but that doesn’t have to be a bad thing. Common approaches to conflict lead to breakdowns in trust, communication and collaboration, yet productive and positive approaches to conflict can lead to greater collaboration, effectiveness and innovation. In this presentation, participants will reflect on their approaches to conflict, explore causes of conflict in the workplace, and identify ways to foster more positive conflict practices in the workplace.
