At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to: Explain the structure and function of Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) and how they differ from traditional group health plans and other account-based benefits, including FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs. Evaluate when ICHRA is an appropriate strategy for an organization by assessing factors such as workforce structure, cost considerations, participation trends, and overall benefits strategy. Differentiate between various HRA types, including ICHRA, QSEHRA, and Excepted Benefit HRAs, and identify key compliance, eligibility, and administrative requirements associated with each. Apply affordability and regulatory considerations to determine how ICHRA offerings align with employer obligations and employee coverage requirements. Develop a high-level approach for communicating and implementing ICHRA within an organization, considering employee impact, organizational readiness, and stakeholder alignment.
