Through this 3-day leadership institute, participants will: • Develop Robust Project Plans: Learn to establish and manage data-driven project plans and budgets. • Team Management: Develop strategies for organizing and leading diverse, high-performance project teams. • Performance Monitoring: Utilize techniques for identifying and using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continuously track and assess project progress. • Tool Utilization: Gain hands-on experience with common project management tools to enhance communication, task management, and reporting. • Problem-Solving: Understand common project barriers and apply preventative and corrective measures to overcome them.
