Upon successful completion of the People Coach Program, participants will be able to: 1. Identify the key components of confident, effective communication. 2. Explain the principles that underlie communication improvement and skill-building. 3. Apply structured coaching methods to support another person's growth in communication. 4. Interpret assessment results and connect them to clear, practical goals. 5. Demonstrate mastery of program concepts through required evaluations.
