Learn to guide teams in enhancing their collaboration, communication, and contribution by using a Personalysis Team Profile. Gain the knowledge of how to incorporate the Team Profile with the individual team member profile in a Team Facilitation session. Gain access to understanding of critical areas such as conflict resolution, change management, and stress reduction in the workplace through team profiles. Understand how to use the Personalysis team database and read many types of team reports.
