Use practical tools to regulate emotions and communicate with clarity during high-stress moments Participants will walk away with easy-to-use strategies—such as grounding, reframing, check-ins, and the pause/assume-positive-intent method—to help themselves and others stay steady and emotionally present. 5. Implement supportive practices that foster psychological safety during heavy seasons Participants will gain guidance on how to create space for compassion, set healthy boundaries, and maintain productivity without ignoring human needs.
