RBLP is our leadership certification for frontline and aspiring managers. These managers are responsible for directing and coordinating the work of a team. Their focus is on day-to-day operations, managing resources, and ensuring tasks are completed. Frontline managers are responsible for the morale, teamwork, and motivation of their teams. They strive to create a positive and collaborative environment where team members feel supported, valued, and committed to shared goals. To earn the RBLP certification, you must complete instructor-led certification prep training (3 modules) and pass the 1.5-hour oral exam. During the certification exam, you will be assessed on your knowledge, skills, and experience in the Team Climate, Team Cohesion, and Individual Purpose competency domains.

Understand the RBLP-T Certification Requirements: Participants will be able to explain the components of the RBLP-T certification process, including the training modules, exam format, and competency domains assessed. Demonstrate Mastery of Core Leadership Concepts: Participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of key leadership principles related to team climate, cohesion, individual purpose, experiential team learning, and organizational learning. Apply Leadership Skills to Foster Organizational Growth: Participants will learn strategies to promote continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment of operations with organizational vision and goals. Develop Competence in Team and Organizational Learning Practices: Participants will acquire practical skills to facilitate team development, support professional growth, and implement best practices within their organizations. Prepare for the Oral Certification Exam: Participants will engage in targeted practice and review sessions to confidently demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and experience related to the five competency domains during the 3.5-hour oral exam. Enhance Ability to Assess and Improve Team and Organizational Effectiveness: Participants will learn to evaluate team climate and cohesion, support experiential learning, and drive organizational change to meet evolving market demands. Complete the Certification Prep Modules Effectively: Participants will actively engage in all seven instructor-led modules, ensuring they are well-prepared to successfully pass the certification exam and attain the RBLP-T designation.

People who earn the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Coach (RBLP-C) certification can build and lead resilient teams in the workplace. They can coach teams to solve problems, implement change, continuously improve, and innovate in the workplace. The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the upper-division baccalaureate level in Managerial Leadership for the RBLP Coach certification exam. People who earn and maintain the RBLP Coach certification may add the RBLP-C designation after their name and describe themselves as RBLP Coach certified.
