The brief will: - Go over the Federal Budget and Mandatory Spending vs. Discretionary Spending - Overview of national Intelligence Planning Programming Budgeting and Evaluation - The Mission Advisory Group - Low Priority List Overview - Budget Timelines - Role of Oversight- Office of Management and Budget (OMB) & Congress - Basic Steps in Passing Budget, Delivering and Justifying Budget to Congress

At the conclusion of the course, Leaners will work as a team to develop an effective team based on a real-world scenario using at least 5 of the concepts discussed in class.

Upon completion of this course, learners will apply self- assessed leadership attributes. leadership theory, and best practices to the creation and behavioral application of a personal, dynamic leadership philosophy.
