The CQ® Your Bias: Using Cultural Intelligence to Manage Bias Workshop will provide you with an in-depth understanding of implicit bias (often call unconscious bias) and explicit bias. A growing number of organizations are looking for qualified facilitators to help them assess and develop cultural intelligence. This professional development course provides you with an in-depth understanding of the background and research basis behind cultural intelligence (CQ®) and the CQ assessments. It also equips you with the information needed to understand and debrief the CQ Assessments, and help others enhance their Cultural Intelligence. Once you take the CQ Certification course, you become a CQ Certified Facilitator and have access to our various CQ assessments and other CQ Center resources. These include a comprehensive (200+ pages) facilitator manual, debrief guides and slide-decks, debrief feedback dialogue examples, etc. Certification with the Cultural Intelligence Center gives you the only valid accreditation for using the CQ assessments.
