This professional development course provides you with an in-depth understanding of the background and research basis behind cultural intelligence (CQ®) and the CQ assessments. It also equips you with the information needed to understand and debrief the CQ Assessments, and help others enhance their Cultural Intelligence. Once you take the CQ Certification course, you become a CQ Certified Facilitator and have access to our various CQ assessments and other CQ Center resources. The CQ® Your Bias: Using Cultural Intelligence to Manage Bias Workshop will provide you with an in-depth understanding of implicit bias (often call unconscious bias) and explicit bias. You will better understand cultural diversity and why bias matters. You will identify systemic bias in policies and organizations. Most importantly, you will learn how to manage bias using the Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) framework.
